Last month, during the World Health Assembly, a critical conversation unfolded on the global health stage, “Road to 2030: Forging a New NCD Path Based on Hard-Won Lessons”. Now, a recording of the conversation has been made available for those who could not attend.

The event welcomed speakers, including the World Health Organization’s Dr Alarcos Cieza, who delivered an insightful opening note on the collective responsibility to achieve the 2030 global goals. Dr Lillian Mbau from the Kenya Cardiac Society and the World Bank’s Dr Monique Vledder further broadened the dialogue with a fireside chat. They shed light on the creativity, innovation and big ideas needed to solve the challenge of NCDs.
