Access Today: Ringing in a Resilient New Year
2020 was a year of unprecedented challenges that tested our day-to-day lives, our health systems and communities at large. With a new year before us, we have new opportunities to reenergize our efforts to support people living with non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in low- and middle-income countries.
For Access Accelerated, responding with resilience defines our work for the year ahead. We have made significant progress in the four years since launching our initiative, but the stakes are higher than ever before and there is much to be done in the fight against NCDs.
